MINDSET & MOTIVATION JOURNAL

This journal takes young adults on a journey through eight success topics to reflect on their life goals and creating success on their terms. Young adults who use the journal will be challenged to critically think about mindset and motivation in ways that help them build a plan for their future.

Does this sound like you?

  • You are an ambitious young adult who desires to be successful.

  • You are trying to figure out what you want out of life.

  • You feel "all over the place" when it comes to setting and reaching your goals.

  • You sometimes get down on yourself when things do not go how you planned.

  • You do not yet know what success means to you or you want to further explore what success means for you.

  • You want that extra push for your next steps in life.

If any of the statements above sound like you, give this journal a try.

Smiling Girl

Danielle, College Student

This journal has forced me to change my mindset. I decided, after completing the journal, to do a social media cleanse. A reflection question asked, what could I do to convenience myself in order to accomplish my goals? This was the way for me because I often discredit myself because my journey doesn’t look like the next business woman’s journey. A social media cleanse would allow me to create my own lane in order to maintain my originality and creativity.

Smiling Girl

Briana, New Graduate

This book impacted me tremendously. I’m in a weird phase of life because transitioning from a collegiate student to a full time adult hasn’t been easy. While looking for employment & venturing out into adulthood I found myself doubting my worth. This Journal allowed me to put my thoughts and paper and helped me to see that if you alter your perspective on things you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 10/10 would recommend to any young adult!

Girl on Bed

Tina, College Student

The journal helped me to pinpoint my strengths and weaknesses when it comes to both setting and accomplishing my goals. The journal also helped me realize that it's okay to depend on others and that it is important to have people in your inner circle who you can have as accountability partners to help keep you motivated, encouraged, praised, advised, and scolded.
